Drawing Lesson: Self-Portrait in Colored Pencil

Get inspired by the amazing work of Gabriel Moreno. Advanced drawing students will use the architecture of their face and hair to embed images of leaves, flowers, insects and animals. I have included a ton of copyright-free photos taken by the team at Artismessy.com, as well as worksheets on how to blend color pencils, color theory and facial proportions. Allow a good 4 – 6 weeks for this project.
